*Requests for returns or exchanges can be emailed  All requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery. All items authorized for a return or an exchange must be received within 10 days from the authorization date. 

*All returning merchandise must be in its original sell-able condition with the original packaging, including all of the contents. All Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
